About Us
Grow Garden Project was started in 2015 when a group of members of the Peoria Seventh Day Adventist Church saw that their neighbors in downtown Peoria didn't have access to fresh vegetables, fruits and greens. Wanting to be the hands and feet of Jesus, one member donated part of their land to start a large community garden that would bless the neighboring community.

2015 vs Now
Grow Garden started small in 2015, but has quickly expanded to a half acre sized garden with tons of plants growing. See our before and after pictures below!

What We Do
Grow Garden Project is all about serving our community. We grow tons of varieties of fruits, vegetables and greens to donate to our friends in need in Peoria. Planting season begins in April and harvesting happens from July-September. We harvest everything that we can from the garden every week and take a truck load to Peoria to distribute to those who need it. Take a look at our video to see what we do!
